LSI’s Ready, other officers losing favor with shareholders

In its latest quarterly financial report filed Monday, LSI Industries Inc. said large numbers of shareholders withheld votes for Chairman and CEO Bob Ready, for its executive vice president in charge of manufacturing James Sferra, and for Cincinnati lawyer Gary Kreider in voting for LSI's board of directors at its annual meeting in November.
